Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board

With extensive corporate management, business ownership and investment experience, Ms. Conner provides the steady hands that keep Universal on track and on pace. Ms. Conner oversees Universal’s strategic business planning and implementation, financial operations and investor relations. Her background and ownership in the oil and gas industry date back to 1971. She is a current owner of Kavenaugh Energy Services which operates Black Warrior Coal Bed Methane Fields.

	Possessing more than 25 years of legal and financial management experience, Ms. Peer lends her talents to Universal in the areas of investment and financial planning. With prior senior-level management experience at various Manhattan-based financial firms, Ms. Peer offers Universal sound fiscal strategies, creative financing solutions and extensive investment contacts.

Gerald E. Schmitz Board member
	A veteran petroleum professional, Mr. Schmitz has worked for petroleum equipment supply and service companies since 1970. Mr. Schmitz uses his wide-ranging field operations and equipment manufacturing knowledge to advise Universal on key elements in business and industry.
